My husband and I got Honda Jazz unexpectedly for us, but in three years does not regret about it. Stylish car and Japanese quality looked attractive to us. Eventually, the car moved into my careful female hands:).
It's a city car, very quick, very compact and maneuverable, but in the spacious (for its class), salon transformer and a large trunk (much wider than many SUVs are equipped with) repeatedly helped out when traveling and long journeys. The only thing that interfered me sometimes, so this is a low overhang of the front bumper, several times the rubber was teared off on high curbs. Nevertheless, the ground clearance of the car is low and most of all, I play it safe and do not climb up on the curbs.
Another important advantage - this is the fuel consumption. By the city in traffic - no more than 7-7.5 liters at the computer, and 6.5 liter on the highway. And if you drive on the highway at minimum speed when it not exceeding 60 km / h, it is generally 4 liters! Furthermore, the car is equipped with automatic transmission!
As the car is no longer at a guarantee, we contacted a familiar service, where except oil change, we changed brake pads several times. After fuel consumption greatly increased, we changed the cabin filter (in a specialized Honda's service this time) - all returned to normal, at the same time they made the diagnosis engine – all was well! Time to time we apply for checking the chassis - as master says, everything works excellent.
A few more words about the cabin and comfort. Roomy glove compartment and drawer are very comfortable. Noise isolation is average, but is not annoying, even at high speeds, the front panel is very informative, good quality plastic, never creaked and knocked, not a single scratch on the panel. It makes some inconvenience that head unit allows only format discs CD, so more likely to use the radio. As the car is 2002 year of release, it does not have some options of extra class, which very popular today, such as heated seats and rain sensor. I believe, however, it's a decent level of comfort for a golf class car.
The car starts at any temperature, but it takes some time to warm up the engine (5-7 minutes) while the cold temperature icon on the dashboard turns off, once in a way I have to quietly wait about 5 minutes even in summer. I'm not rushing driver, so that drifts and other unpleasant situations in the winter did not happen. The heater works perfectly. It's always warm inside, though minus the fact that it is warming up front, no airflow around the cabin, so when when the the rear seats heat, in the front is already hot. In the summer it's air conditioning.
Well, that seems to be all that I remember. I'd say that for the entire time of operation I had only the most enjoyable impression about this car. Decent and good car.
But the time and I decided to change my Honda car for more manly and a class above.
Sad to leave ...
