Ride Dual Sports with the Honda Varadero
Ride Dual Sports with the Honda Varadero

The Honda Varadero is a dual sport bike that has been in production since 1998. It is capable of taking limited off road as well as long road trips. A true adventurer, this one is meant to deal with anything without sacrificing on any feature. This is because it is powered with a liquid cooled, V-twin, 4 stroke, DOHC 90° and 8 valve engine that is already popular due to its dependability. The six speed transmission of the engine attributes an optimum power of 69kW at 7500 rpm. There is a Programmed Fuel Injection system within the 4 stroke unit that provides the right quantity of fuel in the cylinder.

The responsive performance of the engine is guaranteed under any circumstance. The single shock rear suspension uses a triangular link system for consecutively enhancing the damping force with swing arm motion. The multi-action system comes with cartridge front locking and a rear damper feature ensuring balance of handling and compliant damping. The Ignition Security System allows you to start the bike using the original encoded keys for effective protection against burgling. The Antilock Brake System optimizes balance control while moving over variable road conditions.

The map-like computerized system helps maintain optimum power and user friendly performance, no matter in what circumstance you are riding. The oxygen-sensing system helps maintain appropriate fuel mixture for ensuring catalytic reduction of the emission. The Varadero was introduced by Honda at the Munich Motorcycle Show in 1998. Since then, the bike has seen sustained demand among all groups of riders.
