The model of Volkswagen 3 which was later sold with different names such as Volkswagen 1500 and Volkswagen 1600 was a compact car that was manufactured by the German company of Volkswagen. Introduced and launched in the year of 1961 at The Frankfurt Motor Show, this car of Internationale Automobil-Ausstellung or IAA was done in the style of two door station wagon variation with fastback and notchback facilities. The Type 3 variants of the Volkswagen product range was inclusive of many existing models such as the Beetle, Karmann Ghia and Bus with engine principles and options that were tuned with air-cooler engine and rear drive features.
