Manufactured and produced by the automaker company of Ford in the year of 1996 to current date, the vehicle is designed specially as a city car that was framed with a three door hatchback style. Popularly launched as two versions and generations for the global automobile market, Ford unveiled two versions of its Ka series, namely SportKa and Streetka. While the StreetKa is a convertible car with three door system, the SportKa is a speedier and sportier version that was more suitable for racing purpose.
It was in the year of 2003 that the Ka brand of Ford came up with both these two models that were structured in a wider front bump and fog lamp at the internal part.
The launch of SteeetKa was done with help of the popular singer named Kylie Minoque. The interior décor of the car for this convertible version was slightly modified and enhanced with additions such as return of the cabin trend, conventional look and feel, 93hp and 1.6 liter 8 valves Duratec petrol engine which was again retained in the more advanced and deluxe version of Ka Ka. In the last months of the year 2006, the StreetKa was launched for the surface ride whereas SportsKa served the market of sporty vehicle better. Assembled and configured at the locations of Spain, Italy and Brazil, the designer of this car was Claude Lobo. The body and chassis of the car was done in 3 door hatchback with dimensions of Wheelbase 2,452 mm (96.5 in), Length 3,650 mm (143.7 in), Width 1,679 mm (66.1 in) and Height 1,409 mm (55.5 in).
