Aston Martin Lagonda Makes A Comeback With Official Teaser Images

It is no secret that Aston Martin is a much admired brand and anyone who is anyone would talk about the highly desirable and exclusive luxury two door GTs the kind that James Bond drives if you ask. Aston Martin Lagonda Limited is the full name of the company which is sparsely used in marketing of its vehicles but now it is making a comeback.

The high profile British automaker just revealed officially the production of a strictly limited edition of the Lagonda saloon and the teaser images could be seen on the website. The facility located at Gaydon which also produced the One-77 earlier will be used for building the sedan. The finished product will be available only to a selected audience by invitation, most customers belonging to the Middle East. Production is slotted for an earlier 2015 start.

Though not many technical features were revealed for the Lagonda Sedan project its design is very much based on the 1976 Aston Martin Lagonda’ s iconic wedge-shape.  Some of the elements are also borrowed from the Zagato Centennial edition. It is will be built on the VH platform which features everything that is current and the long serving 6.0 L V12 engine could be the likely powerplant to be inducted in to the Lagonda.
