An Ascend in Demand for previously Launched Models leads to Delay in Launch of the Second Generation Honda Jazz
An Ascend in Demand for previously Launched Models leads to Delay in Launch of the Second Generation Honda Jazz

Honda India has undoubtedly become a force in the automakers world, with its astonishing display of success and grandeur through enormous sales and launch of powerful models. The demand for its latest Mobilio and City had been so overwhelming that the brand had to recently introduce a second shift at their manufacturing facility in Tapukara.

This strong demand although might also be a cause of disappointment for the customers awaiting launch of the latest model by Honda. The demand might lead Honda to delay the launch of its latest, which is the next generation model of Honda Jazz. The President and CEO of Honda Cars India issued a statement their desire of launching Mobilio and Jazz versions within this fiscal years but that the rising demand for other models has led them into starting a second shift. This step will now become a cause for the brand’s decision of delaying Launch of Jazz.

The debut of Jazz is most likely to be shifted for next year as presently the only consideration for the brand is fulfilling incessant demands of the previously launched models. The CEO of Honda Cars India, Mr. Hironori Kanayama has although not officially released any exact date of the launch, but considerably hints at it being next year. The expected date previously for the launch of Jazz was anticipated at being towards the end of 2014. This would have come nearly after two years of the initial version of Jazz’s retraction from the company’s range in India. The sales in premium hatchback segment in India are expected to rise with the launch of Honda’s Jazz and definite attempts by the brand will be done to bring back the impressive quality and flexible interiors found in the older version. This next generation of Jazz will be more technologically advanced.
