A new technical service center has been opened in Mumbai by the Audi India. Audi already has six technical service centers in the Asia Pacific Region; wow, with the opening this new one; it has seven.
Audi has opened this new technical service center in the Mumbai with the intention that it may function as a workshop as well as a training facility in order with Audi AG Standard. The Analysis Workshop has been equipped with all equipment that are needed for in-depth diagnosis, as well as analysis of vehicle concerns. It has also been featured with the three climate control work bays. The training facility housed in this center has been indented for conducting the boot camps for not only the dealer network but the technical team as well.
Mr. Ulli Seyfferth who is the head of the technical service of Audi AG for entire vehicle said that his new technical service center will be very helpful for us as it will make us able to get the deeper insight of our cars’ usage patterns, Indian customer preferences, as well as the other local singularities.
